The role

This is a flexible position you can make your own. Depending on your interests and experience, you can work across:

Residential:

helping families and investors buy, sell and lease homes

Rural:

working with landholders and primary producers on farming and grazing properties

Commercial:

supporting local businesses with sales and leasing





Whether you want to specialise or work across all three, we’ll help you build the business you want.

About you

Experience in real estate is preferred but not essential. We value attitude as much as experience. You’ll be:

- A robust communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Self-motivated, organised and driven to succeed
- Keen to learn and grow within the industry
- Connected to, or excited to become part of, the Chinchilla community
- Holding (or willing to obtain) the relevant Queensland real estate registration or licence
- Holding a current driver’s licence

Location

This role is based in Chinchilla. Applicants must live locally or be prepared to relocate to the area.
