EML is Australia’s largest specialist in personal injury claims management, seeking an in-house Legal Specialist to join the Claims Business Unit in Sydney or Newcastle on a permanent, full time basis. You will leverage your legal expertise and workers’ compensation knowledge to manage and resolve complex claims, including Work Injury Damages and statutory matters.
Reporting to the Legal Manager, you will provide timely legal advice, support external panel providers, and guide internal teams.
