Early Childhood Teacher / Educational Leader – Regional Opportunity | Apsley, VIC

I am currently partnering with a welcoming and well-established early childhood service in Apsley, Victoria to recruit an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher / Educational Leader for a rewarding regional opportunity.

About the Role You will lead the funded 4-Year-Old Kindergarten program within a long day care setting while also supporting curriculum leadership and quality practice across the service.

- Permanent Part-time position – 3 days per week
- Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Additional educator support during session times
- Structured transport arrangements for children to and from the program
- Kindergarten role with school holidays off

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a high-quality, engaging kindergarten program
- Take on Educational Leader responsibilities across the service
- Mentor and support educators




- Build strong relationships with families and the local community
- Drive continuous improvement and best practice outcomes
- Support children with diverse learning and developmental needs

About You The ideal candidate will be:

- Qualified Early Childhood Teacher (VIT registered or eligible)
- Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and pedagogy
- A confident communicator and relationship builder
- Adaptable, cooperative, and community-minded
- Open to regional living and becoming part of a welcoming local community
