We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer focused casual bottle shop attendant to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

About the Role

- Assist customers with purchases and product recommendations.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Maintain stock levels, restock shelves and keep the bottle shop clean and presentable.
- Process sales and handle cash and EFTPOS transactions.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times.
- Assist with general bottle shop operations as required

About You

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is essential.
- Previous retail or bottle shop experience is an advantage.
- Wine knowledge and the ability to recommend wines to customers are desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, honest and well-presented, with a strong work ethic.
- Adaptable availability, including weekends and some evenings.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $49.00 per hour
