Minor Hotels’ NH Collection Sydney is opening two premier venues in Sydney. We are seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead the pre-opening team and oversee the Spanish fine dining restaurant and SEEN Rooftop Bar, establishing world-class service standards.
