The Opportunity

As the welcoming face of our club, you'll greet and engage withmembers, keep them informed about club events, promotions andofferings, actively promote the Panthers Rewards program, anddeliver outstanding customer service that creates memorableexperiences with every interaction.

What you'll be doing

- Promote and communicate the benefits of the Panthers Rewardsprogram to members and their guests accurately in a proactive andprofessional manner.
- Welcome, greet and sign in all patrons entering the club.
- Respond to member and guest enquiries promptly, courteously andefficiently.
- Ensure the efficient processing of Panthers Rewards pointredemptions including active assistance to members at kioskterminals.
- Maintain accurate membership records by ensuring all data isentered correctly into the membership database.
- Keep team members informed of updates to Panthers Rewardsprocedures, upcoming promotions and club activities.
- Provide administrative support to guests wishing to join theclub.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
