The Opportunity nn
- Manage a diverse portfolio of SMEs, privately owned businesses, and complex groups
n
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted business adviser
n
- Review financial statements, tax returns, BAS, and other compliance work
n
- Provide advice across tax planning, structuring, and broader business matters
n
- Manage workflow and oversee, mentor, and develop accounting staffWork directly with Partners on complex tax and advisory matters
n

About You nn
- Experience at Client Manager, Manager or experienced Supervisor level within Australian public practice
n
- 5+ years Tax & Business Services experience
n
- Experience managing a portfolio and developing client relationships
n
- Strong review skills and experience mentoring accounting staff
n
- CA or CPA qualified
n
- Strong technical tax knowledge and commercial acumen
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
n
- Able to work independently within a cooperative remote environment
