Adventure Operations (AO) is an Australian consumer goods company behind OZtrail, Companion, Campfire, Ozpig, Jamec Pem, Trade Flame and MTB Direct. They’re seeking a hands-on CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own the CRM channel across the portfolio, focusing on OZtrail and MTB Direct.
You’ll run Klaviyo email and SMS day to day, and build a recent loyalty program from scratch. If you thrive on improving open rates, abandoned carts, and customer retention, this role is for you.
