Your current role

As the Service Coordinator, you will be the key link between clients, internal teams, and trade contractors, ensuring maintenance jobs are scheduled, tracked, and delivered seamlessly.

You will be responsible for:

- Coordinating and scheduling reactive and preventative maintenance work orders across various trade types.
- Allocating jobs to a national trade network while strictly meeting client SLAs.
- Acting as the primary contact for clients and trades, providing exceptional service and regular updates.
- Managing job progress, portal updates, variations, and invoicing close-outs in the system.
- Prioritizing urgent works and resolving daily scheduling or access challenges on the fly.

About you

- Prior experience as a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, Administrator or Facilities Coordinator in maintenance, trades, or property services.
- Experience using trade scheduling software (i.e. Simpro).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced setting.
- Confident communicator who can build great relationships with both clients and trades.
- Proactive, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused.
