Job Description

Care Connector (Holistic Care Solutions) is seeking Enrolled Nurses and Disability Support Workers for remote roles across the Northern Gold Coast and Logan regions. You will deliver protected, person-centred care in participants' homes and community settings, supported by experienced clinicians.

This role offers flexible afternoon/evening shifts, paid training, and opportunities for career progression into more specialised roles.
