The PRADA Group is a global fashion powerhouse, helmed by one of the most iconic designers of the contemporary age. We have 9 stores across Australia and New Zealand, 7 Prada & 2 Miu Miu, which focus on creating an exceptional customer experience for all customers that walk through our doors.

As the Christmas festive season approaches, we are looking for casuals to join our business for the months of November, December (and potentially January) in our Prada Sydney boutiques (Westfield Sydney & Sydney Airport) .

Please note - you must be able to work a minimum of 4 shifts/week, including weekends and late night trade. This is a mandatory requirement

n

Prada Sydney Airport trades from 6am to 9pm daily - you must be available to work within these hours of operation.

n

As a Casual Client Advisor, you will be a Prada brand ambassador within your boutique. You will assist our team with sales and operations, including (but not limited to):

n





Using your excellent communication skills to confidently communicate with all clients and provide outstanding customer service

n

Being sales focused, and taking a creative approach in attracting and retaining clients

n

Assisting with Back of House and any store operational activities, e.g. providing food and beverage service to clients, ensuring stock rooms are neat and tidy and merchandise is put away

n

Having a professional attitude that reflects the DNA of the PRADA group, and a can-do attitude with everything that you do

n

Contributing to a supportive team culture, with a strong collaborative mindset

n

Having a genuine interest in the brand, with a keen eye for fashion, trends and competitor knowledge
