Dubbo RSL Club Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Sous Chef / Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This role works closely with the Executive Chef to ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly and consistently high standards are maintained.
Sponsorship is not available for this position. You will lead, train and support the kitchen team, oversee staff rostering and assist with menu development while maintaining food safety and cost controls.
