The Opportunity n

An established construction business is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to support the delivery of upcoming residential developments across the Gisborne region.

n

Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you'll take ownership of site operations, coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.





Key Responsibilities n

n
- Day-to-day site management
n
- Managing subcontractors and suppliers
n
- Coordinating trades and resources
n
- Monitoring programme and quality
n
- Liaising with councils, engineers, surveyors and inspectors
n
- Maintaining site documentation and reporting
n
- Regular use of Procore
n

What We're Looking For nn
- 7+ years' Site Management experience
n
- Strong residential construction background
n
- Experience delivering multi-unit or large-scale housing projects
n
- Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and council representatives
n
- Strong communication and leadership capability
n
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
- Carpentry trade background (Desirable)
