You’ll be delivering a $4m new build project located in the Central Coast, from now until the end of February.

n

Our client is a commercial building & construction company, known for their high-quality practices. They are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a contract basis.

n

You will be responsible for the delivery on either a $4m commercial project, you'll (sic) will be responsible for safe, effective, and accurate supervision of trades and sub-contractors on site to achieve project milestones.

n

You’ll be expected to manage quality, ensure that programme is being delivered to time and to the correct cost, you'll be managing all logistics and on site programme.

n

Candidates need to have experience successfully delivering projects of this magnitude from inception to completion. Projects they work on are live site environments.

Qualifications and Requirements: n

- Trade or building related Qualification
n
- Minimum 5 to 10yrs years’ experience in site supervision of construction projects including planning, programming and management of onsite staff / subcontractors
n
- Construction Safety Induction (White) card
n
- Senior First Aid Certificate
n
- Sound knowledge of legislation, regulations and standards relating to building sites
n
- Proven ability to lead and motivate subcontractors
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
n
