CFC Underwriting seeks a Platform Support Specialist to join the Connect Platform team in Melbourne. You will support end-to-end underwriting on the platform, engage brokers via live chat, and help deliver a seamless digital broker experience.
Reporting to the Platform Support Manager, you’ll log submissions, issue policies and other documentation, and chase outstanding items. This is a dynamic, hybrid role with growth in a rapid-growing digital distribution strategy.
