An prospect is available for a Senior Associate to join a leading disputes practice in Brisbane, working on complex, high-value matters across the construction, infrastructure, energy and resources sectors.

This role would suit a recently promoted Senior Associate looking to build their reputation in the market, take ownership of significant matters and work alongside experienced practitioners on major projects disputes.

The Role n

You’ll work across a varied mix of contentious construction and infrastructure matters, advising on complex contractual issues and disputes arising throughout the life of major projects.

Your work will span:

n
- High-value construction and infrastructure disputes, including delay, disruption, variations and contractual claims.
n
- Major projects across the energy, resources, mining and property sectors.
n
- Supreme Court proceedings, domestic and international arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.
n
- Dispute strategy and claims advice during project delivery.
n
- Client engagement and matter management,



with the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the development of the practice.

About you n

You’ll have a background in construction or projects disputes, ideally gained within a leading national, international or top-tier law firm.

n

You’ll bring strong technical ability, sound commercial judgement and the confidence to manage complex matters and build trusted client relationships.
