About the role:

Our client is looking for a talented conveyancer who thrives in managing their own files and is eager to expand their expertise across a variety of settlements. In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling conveyancing matters from start to finish, giving you the chance to work with a diverse array of clients and enhance your knowledge base.

Our client is looking for someone who is not only skilled in conveyancing but also has a strong network of referral partners and real estate agents. If you have a proven track record of generating leads and building lasting relationships,



this role offers a target salary of $100,000+ within your first full year.

Skills and experience:

- At least 2 years of experience managing full conveyancing matters from initiation to completion.
- Proficient in Settlements Plus, PEXA, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Existing network of referral partners and agents that can be leveraged to generate new business.
- Qualified, confident, and engaging communication style.
- Excellent diary management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively.
