About the Rolen
nAn award winning, well-known and established builder & developer with a reputation for building quality homes is currently experiencing growth. Due to this, they are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Consultant to join their team as their House & Land Sales Specialist.n
n
nReporting to an experienced and supportive Sales Manager and backed up by a well-oiled, high functioning head office administrative team, you will work from their Norwest Sydney HQ and own the H&L; space. n
n
nYour responsibilities will include: n
n

n
- Develop and maintain competitive House & Land packages suited to target markets.
n
- Build strong relationships with developers, land agents and real estate partners.
n
- Identify and secure exclusive land opportunities in high-growth areas.
n
- Review land plans, engineering documents and estate guidelines to assess building feasibility.
n
- Match customers with suitable home designs and land options.
n
- Generate, manage and convert sales leads.
n
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and land availability.
n
- Ensure House & Land packages,



pricing and marketing materials remain accurate and current.
n
- Coordinate joint marketing campaigns with developer partners.
n
- Identify recent business opportunities through industry networks and referrals.
n
- Provide regular sales and market updates to the Sales Manager and Managing Director.
n

About Youn
n

n
- A strong track record in new home sales or land sales, experience is a MUST
n
- Thorough understanding of current residential market trends
n
- Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales
n
- Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans
n
- Ability to build great relationships
n
- Good knowledge of IT systems and processes
n
- Ability to work weekends
n

Remuneration & Benefitsn
