An established Australian business specializing in the design, manufacture and distribution of products across heating, refrigeration, plumbing and gas solutions is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join their team.

Reporting to a supportive Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, organisation and efficiency across warehouse operations, helping maintain smooth workflows and deliver reliable service to customers.

- Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Onsite parking available
- Temp to Perm opportunity

Responsibilities

- Processing customer orders and accurately entering data into internal systems.
- Preparing and processing invoices, ensuring all documentation is accurate
- Preparing and managing export documentation to support shipments.
- Applying labels to ensure products and orders are correctly identified.
- Providing general administrative support to the warehouse team and assisting with day-to-day operational requirements.




- Liaising with internal teams to support the smooth and efficient flow of warehouse and distribution activities.

About you

- Previous administration experience is essential, ideally within a warehouse, logistics or distribution workplace.
- Previous exposure to warehouse operations is essential, with an understanding of order processing and associated documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with the ability to manage emails, data entry and administrative tasks efficiently.
- A positive, reliable and proactive attitude, with a willingness to support the wider team and assist where required.
