We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join a busy transport team within a Global Logistics Business located in Erskine Park. This temporary position offers the opportunity to transition to permanent employment.

n

Working closely with the transport team, you will provide day-to-day support across dispatch administration, delivery time slot bookings, transport coordination and general administration.

About the Role n

n
- Provide general administrative support to the transport team
n
- Assist with admin tasks for dispatch processes and scheduling
n
- Assist with booking and updating delivery time slots
n
- Maintain accurate records, data and transport documentation
n
- Liaise with internal teams, drivers and customers to coordinate delivery information
n
- Respond to enquiries and follow up on outstanding delivery requirements
n
- Assist with general office administration
n

n

Occasional travel to a nearby client site may be required.

About You n

You are organised,



proactive and confident communicating with a range of people. You will bring:

n

n
- Previous experience in general administration, transport administration, dispatch support or time slot administration
n
- Basic knowledge of transport operations and dispatch processes
n
- Experience coordinating delivery time slots, highly regarded
n
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
n
- Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems
n
- Clear communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- A reliable, proactive approach and availability to start on 12 October
n
