About the Role

We are looking for friendly and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team, providing support across:

- Community Access – helping participants enjoy social activities, attend appointments and connect with their community.
- Daily Living – supporting everyday activities, personal care and the development of independent living skills.
- Supported Independent Living (SIL) – helping participants feel safe, comfortable and supported in their homes.

Our services operate up to 24/7, so we’re looking for people who are available to work Monday to Friday and are also willing to work weekends when required. Shifts can range from 2 to 10 hours, so flexibility and reliability are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll play an important role in helping participants achieve their goals and enjoy greater independence. Your responsibilities may include:

- Supporting participants with personal care, daily living tasks and household activities.
- Encouraging the development of life skills, independence and confidence.
- Supporting social inclusion, community participation and meaningful recreational and cultural activities.
- Assisting participants to work towards their individual goals in line with their NDIS plans.
- Maintaining accurate and timely progress notes and documentation.
- Building positive,



respectful and professional relationships with participants, families, colleagues and community members.
- Working collaboratively with the team to provide safe, person-centred and high-quality support.

Previous experience in disability support, mental health or aged care is valued. Most importantly, we’re looking for people who are passionate about supporting others and helping them achieve their goals.

Mandatory Requirements

To be considered for a position, you must have, or be willing to obtain where applicable:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or a commitment to completing the qualification within the first six months of employment.
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- A current National Police Check.
- A current Working With Children Check, where required for the role.
- A current First Aid Certificate.
- A current driver's licence.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in disability support.
