Matrix Education is seeking an HR generalist with a bias for recruitment to help grow our casual teacher and tutor workforce. You will partner with hiring managers, implement AI-assisted tools, and own onboarding processes while Employment Hero data stays accurate to enable reliable reporting.
You'll work directly with the Head of P&C; in a small, high-trust function, shaping policies and culture initiatives as Matrix expands nationally and evolves its Matrix+ platform.
