My client is one of Northern Melbourne's busiest caravan dealerships, and we're looking for a sales consultant who's driven by the number. Our customers are spending serious money on the adventure of a lifetime. We need someone who can build trust quick, read people well, and get the deal over the line.
You don't need to know caravans. You need to know how to sell.
We'll teach you the product: the layouts, the specs, the tow ratings, everything.
What we can't teach is drive. That part's on you.
Where you might come from:
- Retail sales (furniture, electronics, white goods, high-ticket goods)
- Anywhere you've had a target and smashed it
What you'll be doing:
- Turning walk-ins, enquiries and leads into signed deals
- Guiding customers through high-value purchases from first look to handover
- Following up hard and building a pipeline that keeps paying
- Working at dealership events and caravan shows, where the big deals happen
