NSW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Community Older Persons Mental Health Service in Newcastle. The role focuses on assessment, care coordination and ongoing clinical management within a multidisciplinary team.

You will provide specialist nursing care, conduct home visits, assessments across community settings and collaborate with GPs, aged care facilities and families to support recovery and wellbeing of older adults.
