- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant

- Responsible service of alcohol

- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Robust work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- An ability to work in a busy team environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, would be looked upon favorably.

Full availability is a MUST over the Christmas and New years period.
