Job Description

Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach, part of the Accor portfolio, is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the strategic and operational direction of our Front Office department and deliver personalised luxury service.

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will develop a diverse team, drive guest satisfaction, oversee Night Audit, billing, and daily briefings, and collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering and Reservations to uphold Sofitel standards.
