Our vibrant multidisciplinary team at Motion Health combines the expertise of physiotherapy , exercise physiology , dietetics , occupational therapy and speech pathology – all under one roof.

We operate from a modern 601m² standalone allied health centre in Underwood, purpose-built to support both clients and clinicians. The clinic features private treatment rooms , a spacious and fully equipped rehab/gym area (available for staff use), a welcoming reception and front desk space , and ample on-site parking . The natural light , positive energy , and collaboration between skilled professionals create an environment where patients thrive—and team members love to work.

Rumour has it... first impressions matter! That’s why we’re on the lookout for experienced Reception/Admin staff to keep our front-of-house running smoothly. You’ll be the first friendly face people meet, the calm in the chaos, and the heartbeat of our client experience.

NOTE:

- NOOKAL and multi-disciplinary allied health experience will be highly regarded.
n
- You must be able to work Monday to Friday, flexibility from 7am to 7pm.
n

Your key responsibilities will include: nn
- Answering calls and managing patient enquiries with warmth and professionalism
n
- Booking appointments and managing diaries for our multidisciplinary team
n
- Processing payments and claims via HICAPS, Medicare, NDIS, and DVA
n
- Supporting clinicians with admin tasks and daily operations
n
