West HQ is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor on a part-time basis to lead our Learn to Swim program and inspire a team of Swimming Teachers. You will partner with the Program Manager to keep operations running smoothly, deliver excellent customer service to swimmers and families, and champion water safety.
You will oversee assessments, growth of the swim school community, and bring energy and reliability to the role in a collaborative, inclusive setting.
