We are an International freight forwarding company with offices in all States of Australia and part of an international network of agents operating in a niche and rapidly growing market.
We are looking for an Import Sea Freight Co-Ordinator for our Melbourne Office located in Tullamarine.
Within the role you will be required to:
- Liaising with Clients, Carriers and our overseas partners
- Deliver Exceptional Service to our Customers
- Co-Ordinate FAK & FCL containers, Including but not limited to Co-Ordination of Dangerous Goods, Container unpacking and wharf collection
- Client Invoicing
- Ensure Compliance with Australian Customs
- Quote Rates
To be considered for the Role you must meet the following criteria:
- At least 2 Years Import experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry
- A "can do" attitude
- Ability to work in a high volume and rapid paced environment is essential
Experience with Cargowise will be an advantage, however not essential
