Indian Rasoi Albury is seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and maintain our high standards of food, service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

- Plan, organise and oversee daily restaurant operations
- Recruit, train, supervise and roster staff to ensure efficient service
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionally
- Work closely with the kitchen team to plan menus and coordinate food preparation and service
- Manage purchasing, stock levels and supplier relationships
- Monitor restaurant revenue, expenditure and operating budgets
- Oversee reservations, dining room arrangements and special functions
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements




- Supervise payment processing, cash handling and daily financial reconciliation
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant environment

What we are looking for:

- Relevant qualification at least to Diploma level in hospitality management or a related field, or substantial relevant experience
- 1 year of full time or part time equivalent experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role
- Strong leadership, staff management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience managing rosters, stock, purchasing and operating costs
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety practices
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy restaurant
- Attention to detail and a passion for hospitality
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

Annual remuneration: $71,500 to $78,000 plus superannuation.
