Healthcare Australia is seeking a Clinical Leader for a large residential aged care home in Newcastle. You will lead and mentor the RN team, oversee resident care planning and clinical reviews, and drive governance and quality initiatives to improve resident outcomes.
You will work closely with the Facility Manager and Clinical Care Coordinator to maintain a reliable, high‑performing clinical environment and to strengthen care delivery across the home.
