Family Centered Support Services in rural Queensland is hiring Casual Team Members to support Children and Young People in Residential Out-of-Home Care. You will engage with and assist youths with challenging behaviours, helping them achieve social, educational, cultural and emotional goals while overseeing daily care.

This role offers induction and TCI training, 24/7 on-call support, salary between 70,000 and 100,000 plus super, and opportunities for progression.
