Beam is building AI that serves society and is hiring its first Delivery Executive in Australia. You’ll own the day-to-day for AU users: support, training, and the guides that help people help themselves.
This is an entry-level role on our Delivery team with a clear next step into a more strategic delivery position as you grow. You’ll set up new users, run virtual training, and help turn the Help Centre into a truly practical resource.
