We're looking for a hands-on FOH Manager who is ready to lead this recent house and bring Mi Casa Es Tu Casa to life creating a place where guests feel at home, the team feels supported, and great hospitality is at the heart of everything we do.
About the Role n
You'll lead the team from the floor, set strong service standards, and keep the venue running smoothly, ensuring financial performance & hospitality while helping us build the Costa Taco culture from the ground up.
Team Leadership n

- Lead, train, and develop the front-of-house team
n
- Build a positive, high-performing team culture
n
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and support
n
- Lead from the floor and set the standard for the team
n
Operations n
n
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations and service flow
n
- Ensure systems, checklists, and procedures are followed
n
- Maintain strong standards across cleanliness, presentation, and service
n
- Work closely with the kitchen and wider management team to keep the venue running smoothly
n
Financial Performance n
n
- Monitor sales performance and labour efficiency
n
- Support roster planning in line with business targets
n
- Contribute to cost control and overall venue performance
n
Guest Experience n
n
- Bring Mi Casa Es Tu Casa to life in every part of the guest journey
n
- Create an atmosphere where every guest feels welcomed and at home
n
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
n
- Make sure every guest experience reflects Costa Taco's hospitality standards
n
About You n
n
- Experience as a FOH Manager or in a senior hospitality leadership role
n
- Comfortable working with KPIs, including sales, labour costs and overall venue performance
n
- A hands-on leader who is comfortable being present and active on the floor
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
- Confident managing a busy, fast-paced venue
n
- Organised, reliable, and able to keep the team moving
n
- Passionate about hospitality, team development, and creating memorable guest experiences
n
- Excited to help build a strong team and culture in a brand-new Costa Taco house
