Naiman Clarke in Sydney is seeking an experienced Insolvency Litigation Lawyer to join its insolvency and disputes practice. You will work closely with senior lawyers advising insolvency practitioners, creditors and corporate clients on contentious and non-contentious matters.
This role offers ownership of files, prospect to develop client relationships, strong drafting tasks and exposure to liquidations, restructuring and court proceedings.
