The Mission Services Data Coordinator will ensure the integrity of data entry, follow up, and reporting as it relates to designated programs or grants.

Salary Range- $40-45K

- Works with program leadership and Program Compliance Analyst to ensure client case records (paper & electronically) and various databases comply with grant requirements, follows Goodwill Kentucky policies and procedures, and funding source guidelines
- Maintains timely input of information in designated case management/reporting systems.
- Resolves data discrepancies by requesting clarification or correction from appropriate person(s).
- Identifies and corrects data inconsistencies and anomalies.
- Maintains a cooperative relationship with program staff to ensure consistency of service in follow up.
- Trains users on proper data entry standards.
- Follow-up with users to correct errors and inconsistencies.
- Develops and performs audit procedures to measure and monitor staff proficiency and to ensure optimal data integrity.
- Conduct client follow-up at intervals required by funding sources and Goodwill Kentucky.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.




- Must have satisfactory oral and written communication with the ability to provide excellent customer service and work with a variety of diverse people.
- Must possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must maintain client confidentiality and follow the Certified Rehabilitation Counselors' Code of Ethics.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Associate degree or one-year of work experience in lieu of college degree in workforce development/social services environments, such as a workforce development program and/or community rehabilitation program, providing services to individuals with disabilities and/or other disadvantages preferred.
- Must demonstrate proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

This job may have physical requirements that considered sedentary work. Sedentary work involves s itting for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity and occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.

Travel across the state and to other locations beyond the assigned work location is rarely required.
