Workfast is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Landscaping Team Leader to lead a team responsible for the spraying and maintenance of street areas, footpaths and public spaces across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Logan.

- Overtime available

This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced landscaper who can lead a team, coordinate daily tasks and ensure high-quality maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently.

What you will be doing:

- Leading and supervising a team of landscape labourers
- Coordinating daily workloads and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Performing landscape maintenance, including hedging, brush cutting, pruning and knapsack spraying
- Overseeing weed control across street areas, footpaths and public spaces
- Ensuring the correct use of equipment, spray packs and landscaping tools
- Monitoring work quality and ensuring safety procedures are followed




- Assisting with general labouring duties and hands-on landscaping tasks
- Communicating with management regarding job progress, team performance and site requirements

What you need:

- Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
- Experience leading or supervising a team
- Current White Card and valid driver's licence
- Experience using brush cutters and other landscaping equipment
- Knowledge of weed control and outdoor maintenance practices
- Chemical handling certificate preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit and capable of performing hands‑on duties
