Breakaway Toowoomba Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support clients with chronic and complex disability and health needs within Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and community settings.
You will work alongside a supportive team of Nurses and Disability Support Workers, assess, plan, deliver and evaluate client care, and collaborate with the Clinical Lead to ensure high-quality, compliant, person-centred outcomes.
