You'll help young people navigate one of the most significant transitions in their lives — moving from school into adulthood with greater confidence, skills and independence.
n Working closely with families, schools, employers and allied health professionals, you'll create opportunities that empower participants to learn, grow and achieve their goals.

nWhat You'll Be Doing n

- Deliver engaging group and one-on-one vocational training.
n
n
- Support participants to identify goals, strengths and career pathways.
n
n
- Build strong relationships with families, schools, employers and community partners.
n
n
- Coordinate work experience, excursions and real-world learning opportunities.
n
n
- Foster confidence, independence and employability skills.
n
n
- Maintain accurate participant records and documentation.
n
n




- Use technology to enhance learning and engagement.
n
n

nWhat You'll Bring n
n

n
n
- A genuine passion for supporting young people with disability.
n
n
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or similar.
n
n
- Experience delivering vocational, employment or skills-based training.
n
n
- Experience supporting people with disability.
n
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
n
n
- Confidence using technology and client management systems (Lumary experience highly regarded).
n
n
- A person-centred approach and commitment to helping people achieve their goals.
n
n
