Redcape Hospitality is looking for a full-time Bottle Shop Manager to lead Prince Cellars Bottle-O at The Prince Consort in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley.

Bring your bottle shop experience and leadership skills to a hands-on role, taking responsibility for the shop's day-to-day operations, team and customer experience.

What you'll do

- Manage the day-to-day bottle shop operation, taking ownership of service and store standards
- Lead rostering, recruitment and training, setting clear expectations and developing your team
- Deliver exceptional service, build rapport and turn new customers into regulars
- Manage ordering, deliveries, stocktakes and stock control
- Drive sales through product knowledge, availability and well-presented shelves and displays




- Maintain strong safety and responsible service standards across the team

What we're looking for

- Bottle shop experience and proven leadership skills gained in a supervisory or management role
- A hands-on leadership style, with the confidence to set priorities and guide your team
- A customer-first approach and the ability to build strong relationships with regulars
- Strong organisation across rosters, stock, deliveries and computer-based administration
- The ability to safely unload deliveries and handle the physical requirements of the role
- Current QLD RSA and availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
