Paid Training Program n

Our Training & Assessment Program kicks off Monday, 16 November 2026 – and yes, you’ll be paid while you train!

Shift Times: n

Note: Shifts are set on a rolling roster – you must be available for all types of shifts whether you are a Permanent Part Time or Reserve. These shifts include Saturday and Sunday work.

- Willingness to learn and commit to ongoing training

- Qualifications or experience in Disability, Individual Support, or Mental Health

During the training:

- Two‑week, non‑negotiable paid training located on site at FINA Park
n
- Will provide you with the core skills and learning required to succeed in this role and provide the necessary high level of care for our clients
n
