Transfigr is building the financial life model: a personal finance platform that brings budgets, super, investments, insurance, tax and estate planning into one living plan. We are looking for a Senior Paraplanner to be the technical backbone of our advice and product.

Key responsibilities

- Model complex strategies and design SoAs and RoAs for advisers across super, retirement, investment, tax, insurance and estate planning
- Turn advice strategy and legislation into transparent rules and calculations developers can build
- Test projections, scenarios and calculators, reconcile them to your own models and sign off before release
- Shape digital advice journeys and decide where a member should hand over to a human adviser
- Keep the platform current with legislative change, indexation and ASIC guidance

About you

- 10+ years in paraplanning or technical advice support, with senior-level experience on complex advice
- Strong technical knowledge across super, retirement income, tax,



investment, insurance and Centrelink
- Sharp analytical and Excel modelling skills, and the habit of checking every number from first principles
- Structured problem solving and a real eye for detail
- Experience with Xplan, Midwinter, AdviserLogic or similar
- Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent; a degree or progress towards the qualified adviser standard is a plus
- Bonus points for fintech, digital advice, business analysis or product experience
