hound-hubin Cremorne is looking for a dog washer / day care attendant to join their team.

We are an established team (2013) and are passionate about what we do. You will be supported by a team of dedicated groomers and our management team.

Position can be full time / part time or casual with favourable salary on offer.

NB: minimum of 1 year experience working with dogs is essential

Qualifications & Experience

Dog washer / day care attendant

Minimum of 1 year working with dogs with excellent animal handling, patience, and care for dogs.

Washing experience is not essential although preferred (training available if needed)

Good communication skills, caring animal handling skills and be passionate about working in a supported team environment

Tasks & responsibilities

Provide support for groomers with washing,



drying and basic maintenance

Manage day care with walking, playing time and general wellbeing

Maintenance of washing area, keeping it tidy and in positive working order

Support groomers with their needs in caring for dogs

On-going training with our experienced groomers and opportunities to train under their guidance. Support to undertake industry qualifications

Opening hours Monday to Saturday 8:30am-5:30pm

Remuneration above industry award, commensurate with experience

Uniform provided

Close to local transport

The position is available immediately and can be casual, full-time or part time with flexible hours to suit the right candidate.
