As well as:*** Support the team in the day-to-day operations of the venue, including preparing & delivering drinks to guests, maintaining clean and well-stocked service areas and assisting with opening and closing procedures.* Deliver exceptional customer service results with guest experience and satisfaction at the forefront.* Adhere to RSA legislation and ensure OH&S; policies and guidelines are followed.**About you To be successful you’ll bring the following*** Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster including late nights, weekends and other peak periods* Hold full, unrestricted working rights in Australia* Hold a current valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)* Minimum 1-year previous experience in a fast-paced bar, lounge or nightclub setting* Ability to work well in a team environment with robust communication skills to liaise with guests of all levels**What we offer you*** Attractive hourly rates ($40 plus per hour), including applicable weekend, overnight and public holiday penalties* Complimentary meals while on shift* Discounts across Crown restaurants, hotels and retail outlets* A supportive, inclusive and collaborative team culture* Ongoing training, development and career progression opportunities within Crown Resorts**Applications Close: Friday 28th August 2026**
