The Role:

Be our Store Manager superstar for our The Cairns Store + LEGO/Kaboom concepts.

As a Store Manager at Cairns Airport, you'll lead multiple stores and teams, creating an aligned, high-performance culture and delivering exceptional retail experiences to our customers. No two days will be the same - and you'll thrive in the variety and challenge that airport retail offers.

Salary: $78k-$93k + super based on experience

What You'll Do:
Be a customer experience champion - leading by example
Coach, mentor & grow your teams to be their best
Manage store operations & performance with accountability
Drive sales through strong leadership & goal setting
Build a positive, respectful team culture
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth daily operations
Ensure all visual and presentation standards are on point

What We're Looking For:
Experience managing multiple retail sites or a high-volume flagship store
Ability to juggle operations, people leadership, and performance goals
Strong communication and the skill to inspire and coach diverse teams
A polished, professional presence and positive attitude
Proven ability to inspire, coach and empower team members




Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends)
Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
