Admin Team Leader | MouldMen | Gold Coast Full time | Player coach role n

Lead a small team of high performers, armed with AI tools that make them unstoppable. About 80% hands on doing the work with your team, and 20% leading it. You'll work directly with the Managing Director, the Head of Field and Accounts. You'll own the admin team's output, standards, morale and KPIs. Reports, meeting notes and dashboards are generated for you by AI tools, so your time goes to acting on them.

Key responsibilities

n

Work the floor: With the help of AI agents built across the entire admin process, you will manage phones, scheduling, job management and customer communication

n

Own the team's KPIs. Know the numbers daily, and act the moment something slips

n

Support, coach and develop your team, and grow their skills and expertise

n

Hold people accountable, directly and fairly

n

Keep morale high in a fast, high standards environment

n

Be the first escalation point for the team, clients, property managers and field staff

n

Make sure processes are followed, and that no one takes unapproved shortcuts

n

Distribute workload and set daily priorities

n

Help hire and onboard current team members as we grow

n

Spot broken processes and work with our AI team to fix and automate them

n

About you

n





An experienced admin or operations professional who has led a team while still doing the work

n

Someone who runs toward problems, not away from them

n

Comfortable with accountability, both giving it and carrying it

n

Numbers driven: you understand KPIs and what moves them

n

Calm and clear under pressure, on the phone and in writing

n

Excited by AI and technology, not intimidated by it

n

You want to be paid for results, not for a title

n

Experience with Simpro or similar job management software is highly regarded
