Are you a digital channel specialist who knows how to turn great video content into audience growth and revenue?

We’re looking for an experienced Channel Manager to take ownership of multiple entertainment channels across YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram and TikTok - driving performance, optimising monetisation and helping shape the next stage of their growth.

This is an opportunity to combine hands‑on channel management with strategic input, team mentoring and the launch of new channels in a fast-moving digital entertainment environment.

n
- Manage and optimise multiple entertainment channels across YouTube and social video platforms, with a focus on audience growth and revenue generation
n
- Develop channel strategies, publishing schedules and content formats designed to improve performance and monetisation
n
- Use channel analytics and audience insights to identify opportunities, measure results and refine content strategies
n
- Understand the mechanics of video monetisation, including platform performance, revenue optimisation and digital rights management
n
- Lead the launch of new channels, building audiences and monetisation opportunities from the ground up
n
- Brief editors on video content, formats, thumbnails and creative assets to maximise engagement and performance
n
- Review and improve the work of other channel managers, providing practical feedback and guidance
n
- Mentor junior channel managers and editors, helping build a high-performing team
n
- Keep across platform updates, algorithm changes and emerging best practices to maintain a competitive edge
n
What we're looking for n
You’ll bring demonstrated experience managing entertainment brand channels, with a clear understanding of how to grow audiences and generate revenue from video content.
n
Ideally, you'll have:
n
n
- Direct experience in video monetisation across YouTube and Facebook, alongside familiarity with other major social video platforms
n
- A proven track record in channel optimisation, audience growth and commercial performance
n
- Experience launching new channels and developing them into successful, revenue‑generating assets
n
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret channel performance data and turn insights into action
n
- A sound understanding of digital rights management and monetising video content across social platforms
n
- Experience reviewing other channel managers’ work and mentoring junior team members
n
- Practical working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro
n
- Excellent written English, attention to detail, organisation and communication skills
n
Why consider this chance? n
You’ll join a team operating at the intersection of entertainment, digital publishing and video monetisation, where your decisions directly influence channel performance and commercial results.
n
This is a role for someone who understands that successful channels require more than good content - they require a clear strategy, disciplined execution, data‑led optimisation and a constant focus on revenue.
n
If you have a genuine background in YouTube and social video channel management and can demonstrate how you've grown audiences and monetised content, we'd love to hear from you.
