We are seeking expressions of interest for the Manager Mechanical Testing. This EOI is only open to current eligible NSW Government employees to apply for. Contingent Workers are encouraged to apply to any externally advertised roles.

About the role n

As Manager, Mechanical Testing, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of TestSafe Australia’s mechanical department, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage resources and equipment, lead the delivery of specialised mechanical engineering assessment and testing services and play a key role in maintaining TestSafe’s reputation for technical excellence.



This role provides operational and technical leadership within TestSafe Australia, supporting SafeWork NSW, industry clients and certification activities.

About You n

To be successful in this role you would need to demonstrate;

- High level experience in a testing and certification facility with knowledge of accreditation and scheme requirements
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build effective working relationships
n
- Ability to lead and foster a team
n

Essential requirements of the role nn
- NSW Drivers Licence
n
- Ability to attend Londonderry site min 3 days per week
n
