Job Description
IREPAIR TECH PTY LTD, trading as iRepair Tech, is an electronic device repair and mobile accessories store at Shop K1001, MarketPlace Warner, 353 Samsonvale Road, Warner QLD 4500. Our retail counter carries a premium range of mobile accessories, from phone cases and screen protectors to chargers and cables, and we take the time to show customers how to protect and care for their devices. safe use of heat and soldering equipment, electrical safety, hazard checks and incident reporting.
- Prepare annual and monthly budgets for sales, repair revenue, purchasing, wages and running costs, and track results against budget and key measures such as average repair value, gross margin and turnaround times, reporting to the director.
- Set and uphold service standards for quoting, booking-in, turnaround times, testing of every repaired device before collection, warranty handling under the Australian Consumer Law and complaint resolution, including responses to online reviews.
