We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a premium residential portfolio across established local suburbs.

You’ll manage approximately 150 properties end-to-end, supported by a secondary PM, Virtual Assistant and APM, creating a sustainable workload and allowing you to focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.

The Role

- End-to-end management of a premium residential portfolio
- Build strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Manage maintenance, inspections, compliance and tenancy matters
- Liaise with landlords,



tenants and trades
- Maintain robust portfolio performance and retention

About You

- Minimum 2 years residential Property Management experience
- Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Experience with Ailo, Realworks, Reapit or VaultRE advantageous
